About US

I was born and raised in Colorado Springs, CO and after graduating high school, went on to get my bachelors degree in Sociology at the University of Kansas. 

After graduating from KU in 2001, I began my corporate career in the hotel industry in Kansas City, as an administrative assistant in the sales office at the Westin Crown Center Hotel.

After almost one year in Kansas City, I transferred with the company for a position in San Francisco.  I was the Citywide Sales Coordinator for the Westin St. Francis, the Palace Hotel, and the W for two years. 

And lastly, I transferred back to Kansas City for a promotion to a sales manager at the Westin Crown Center Hotel.  I held this position for 3 years until my husband and I made the move back to Colorado Springs and the start of Simply Administrative began.

But again, after 2 years we have moved back to the midwest and reside in Lawrence, KS!

During my time working in the hotel industry, I continued to utilize my administrative skills, multi-task with several accounts and host various meetings and social events.
